The Lakemba Hotel

Staff were great. Room was pretty good. Car park is a little awkward, but it's a very busy area, so no surprise there.

During my visit to Lakemba Hotel, I was served by a Thai manager whose level of professionalism and dedication was outstanding. Despite her managerial responsibilities, she was actively helping with cleaning and supporting the team on the floor. During my visit, I did not observe the same level of engagement from other staff members which made her efforts stand out even more. Thank you for the best service

I went to drink with friends and I got service with one of manager I think her name is ling(black long hair chubby). But I'm not sure that she been run pub by herself because I never see staff in 1 hour while I'm there.

I’m a regular customer here, been going here for almost 20 years now. I’m a local. There’s a new manager called Ying in the pub and she screams at me and all the customers here. I’ve also witnessed her yelling at the staff. Very poor customer service from her end. However, all the other staff members are amazing.

The furniture in the room has seen better days. The room is spacious with high ceilings. I would like to thank Ying and Binu for the amazing hospitality. Ying was extroverted, helpful, friendly and amazingly hospitable. Thank you so much.
