  Friendly and personal service! I had booked a 3 night stay at Lakemba Hotel through Booking.com; checked in through the pub downstairs (ensure you have physical ID and credit card), shown where parking was, taken to my room. The room was slightly small if one weren't travelling alone, but it was clean, with an ensuite and a Queen bed. Unfortunately I had to leave due to personal circumstances, but the manager Karan was very understanding and arranged for my subsequent nights to be refunded even though they were booked unrefundable.
